Custom Order Terms & Conditions
Initial sketch and consultation: $45 non-refundable. The client will receive a PDF document including the design of their artwork as well as other relevant details. Client may request minor changes (e.g. arrangement of design components), but a completely new design requires a new initial sketch fee.
Once the sketch has been approved and agreed upon between client and artist, production will begin when the product payment is received in full.
Production time: Discussed in consultation. The exact shipping date will be emailed to client after product payment is received.
In-Progress: Artist will send client pictures of the custom order in-progress prior to shipping, and once client approve the completed piece, it will be sent out. Completed custom artworks are non-refundable. Artist will do her best to meet any reasonable edit/change requests. Please make sure to check your promotions or spam folders if you are not getting any notifications about your order.

- Shipping Fee (Artist is not responsible for international customs fees or taxes. Any artwork over $100 will be insured.)
Artist reserves the right to all designs and images made. Client may not reproduce or sell the design.

Please review the details carefully before purchasing, as all custom orders cannot be returned or refunded after it has been shipped.
