FAQs

Order processing time

1-3 business days, except for items that are made to order. Pre-order items will have the shipping date listed on its individual product page.

Digital items are available for download immediately from the order page.

Domestic shipping

USPS First Class or Priority Mail, includes tracking number.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you experience any problems with your order. Please read all listing descriptions, conditions, and measurements before purchasing.

I package all of my products carefully, but should an item arrive broken or not matching description, please contact me with photo documentation. Requests for refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and shipping fees are not refunded. Customer is also responsible for return shipping costs.

 

If an item is damaged or does not match description, please:

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


Cancellations

I don't accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads 

Care instructions

Original artworks: To dust original fiber artworks, use a compressed air duster. Keep artwork away from direct sunlight and pets.

Stained Glass Artworks:

  • GLASS PANELS CONTAIN LEAD. Lead in solder form is only poisonous if you ingest it. Avoid touching your face. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Keep out of reach from children and pets.
  • Hang the panel securely on a wall hook or screw. Do not use suction cup hooks or hang on the window locks. 
  • To dust fiber components, use a compressed air duster.
  • If glass becomes dirty, remove fiber component, wash gently with dish soap and water, dry, then apply wax. Reattach fiber component.
  • I use spray Turtle Wax which contains carnauba to put a protective layer on top of the glass and solder. Solder lines may corrode if not waxed. Wax can be found at automobile parts stores. 

Banners: The banners are shipped folded up. Once you receive and open your package, the banners might be slightly creased. You can use an iron or light steam to smooth the creases around the letters using a setting for cotton or linen material. DO NOT iron the letters from the front or the back as that could damage the adhesive.

Do not wash. Dry clean if needed.
